Need a light fresh salad good to go with any protein? This one is for you creamy avocado, black beans, fresh tomato, and a zesty light dressing. You can add chicken or shrimp to make it a meal. You can make this ahead and add the avocado and dressing right before you serve it.

1-2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
1 Can of Low Sodium Black Beans drained and washed
3/4 of 1 Red, Orange, or Yellow Pepper diced
1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
3/4 of a package of grape tomatoes cut in half
Cilantro
1 teaspoon of cumin
salt & pepper
3 limes
2 Avocados
