Black Cherry Jubes. Simple to make sweet, fruit jubes using only a handful of ingredients. By Sugar Salt Magic

400 g tinned black cherries in juice (note 2)
3 cups (600g) white sugar
3 tablespoons powdered gelatin (note 1)
cooking spray or oil, for greasing
1/4 cup caster / superfine / sanding sugar, for coating jubes
