These Black chickpea & Indian Cottage Cheese patties are loaded with nutritious ingredients. This recipe is perfect for grilling outside or just shallow fry them and enjoy when hot & fresh.

Cup - Black Chickpea ( Boiled )
1 Cup - Indian Cottage Cheese ( Paneer) crumbled
2 TBSP - Ricotta Cheese (optional)
1 - Slice of bread( toasted)
1 tsp - black peppercorns
2 - Garlic cloves
1 tsp - Red Pepper Powder
1/2 TbSP - salt (up to your taste)
1/2 tsp - All spices powder
3-4 TBSP - Oil ( your choice)2
