1 to 11/2 lb. Delicata squash-seeded and cut into half moons
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 yellow onion-thinly sliced
1 clove garlic-cut fine
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 Cup pecans chopped as desired or left whole
1/2 Pomegranate-seeded
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
