Slow cooked beef brisket swimming in a tangy blackberry balsamic sauce.

3 ½ pounds beef brisket
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper


1 cup balsamic vinegar
¾ cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup honey
1 cup blackberries
