A BLT sandwich with a little more variety. Perfect lunch for anybody.

3-4 pieces cooked bacon
Lettuce (romaine is awesome)
1 small white or red onion, sliced
1 avocado
1 roma tomato, sliced
2 slices thick, rich bread (we like whole grain or rye)
Salt and pepper, to taste
