Comfort food has never been easier than BLT CHICKEN & RICE! All of the flavor, none of the fuss. Bonus: only one pan to clean!

• 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 bags Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice (or your favorite flavor)
