A Margarita recipe with tequila, blue curacao and lemon juice. Makes a lovely blue colored drink like a Caribbean beach.

This yields 1 Blue Margarita served in a standard Margarita glass
1 shot of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 shot white Tequila-we like to use Sauza Silver
1 shot Blue Curacao
Lemon slice

Pour all ingredients except lemon slice into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Serve cold and pour into a chilled Margarita glass. Top with lemon slice. If you like a salted margarita, take a slice of lemon...
