Blueberry Bundt Cake

Great recipe that is very delicate and very simple to make.

1 8 0z package of cream cheese, softened
2. 1/2 cup butter, softened
3. 1/2 cup of margarine, softened
4. 1 cup sugar
5. 3 eggs
6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
7. 1 tsp baking soda
8. 2 cups flour
9. 2 cups fresh of frozen blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 325*F 2. In a small bowl add blueberries and 1 tbsp of flour, mix and set aside 3. In a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth 4. Add butter and margarine and mix well together 5. Slowly mix in sugar 6. Add one egg at a time. 7. Add vanilla extract and baking soda 8. One cup at a time, add flour and mix until flour is combined and turn off mixer. Do Not Over Mix! 9. With a spatula, incorporate the blueberries, being very careful not to pop the blueberries. 10. Spray the bundt cake pan with cooking/baking spray and add the mixture evenly 11. Bake at 325*F for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 12. Take out of pan right away and cool. Enjoy!
