The buttery, flaky, crust filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet fresh blueberry pie filling is a sweet, delicious bite made right from a muffin tin!

1 batch of the perfect pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese-softened
1 egg+1 egg white
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup blueberry pie filling
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
