Blueberry, Coconut, Beet, Mango & Spinach Smoothie

My favorite way to start the day! Healthy, nutritious & delicious smoothie.

2 cups So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk, 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/3 cup roasted beets,
4 cubes frozen spinach, 1 small banana (sliced and frozen), 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup coconut
water * optional - 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
Place ingredients in Vitamix Blender ( or similar blender) in order listed. Start on low on variable 1 then increase to variable 10, then on high until smooth. # dairy free # gluten free
