Blueberry Delight

This is the PERFECT summer dessert. It's very light, refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness. The best part is you can put it together in about 10 minutes, and you can even make it a day ahead of time. Every time I make this I get tons of compliments and request for the recipe! I try to make this dessert as low calorie as possible, but you could use pound cake instead of angel food cake and not use the light versions of the other ingredients if you wanted to.

1 loaf of Angel Food Cake (10 oz)
1 can of Blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
1 pkg. of 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 8oz Lite Cool Whip (Use only need about half of the 8 oz. tub)
12 x 8 glass dish
* Break apart Angel Food Cake loaf into bite size pieces and put in bottom of dish. (2 qt) * Now spoon blueberry pie filling over the angel food cake. * Next, with a mixer, mix the Neufchatel, sweet condensed milk and half of the 8 oz. tub of cool whip together until any lumps are gone. * Spoon this over the blueberry pie filling. * Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. * This is at it's best when you make you at least 8 hours ahead of time, and if you want to make it a day ahead of time that's even better! ENJOY! **If you need to make this for a big crowd (13x9 dish), you can easily adjust recipe--get whole Angel Food Cake (instead of just a loaf), 2 cans of filling, and use whole tube of 8 0z cool whip, other than that keep everything the same)
