•1/3 Cup flax meal
•4 Tsp. baking powder
•1 tsp. salt
•2/3 Cup coconut oil
•2 large eggs
•2/3 Cup milk
•1 tsp. vanilla
•2 Cups blueberries
•(For the icing)
•1 oz. cream cheese
•1/2 Cup confectioners sugar
•1 Tablespoon increments of milk, as needed to thin the icing as you prefer
•1/3 Cup flax meal

•1 tsp. salt
•2/3 Cup coconut oil
