This blueberry oatmeal bread recipe is simple, healthy goodness. So moist and loaded with blueberries, it’s a wonderful breakfast or snack choice.

1 1/2 cups oat flour

1 cup old fashioned oats

/2 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut sugar or agave or honey

1/4 cup liquid egg whites or 2 eggs beaten

1/2 cup applesauce

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
