sponge:
9 eggs
18 dkg sugar
20 dkg flour
2,5 dkg grated coconut

filling and topping:
6 dl whipped cream
20 dkg grated coconut
10 dkg powder sugar
1,5 dl milk

topping 100g cooking choco and 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
bake a sponge on 180 degree Celsius cut it in two and let it cook down. meanwhile mix the filling and take 12-13 small ball from the topping putting some extra coconut so it will become sturdier. fill the...
