Breadsticks- Bread Machine

Breadsticks that are crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.

1 1/3 cups water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast

For Glaze
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water

Topping
Garlic Powder

Place the above ingredients in your bread machine in the order suggested by your bread machine. Turn on your bread machine and use the dough cycle. When dough cycle is complete, cut off egg sized pieces...
