Breakfast Crescent Pockets

A twist on the classic breakfast sandwich - eggs, cheese, and bacon/sausage wrapped with buttery, flaky crescent rolls.

1 can of crescent rolls
5 large eggs; scrambled and seasoned
1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese
2/3 cup sausage, cooked and crumbleds (or 8 slices of cooked bacon)
4 tsp roasted green chilies, diced
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper 3) Unroll crescent rolls 4) Press two triangles together to form a seamless 6x6 square - repeat to make 4 squares 5) Divide meat, eggs, cheese and green chilies evenly into fourths and top crescent squares 6) Fold all four corners of each square up to meet in the middle and twist points together 7) Once all four pockets are created, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
