For my birthday, a friend issued a challenge (ok not really, but I like to think of it like that). She gave me some funky ingredients and said “come up with something amazing!” Among these was some applewood smoked sea salt. Wondering what that smells like? Straight up bacon. And it’s awesome. Well, it doesn’t take a genius to come up with “bacon and eggs,” but the LBP kitchen doesn’t do standard. So I took it to the next level: Breakfast Deviled Eggs. I opted to do two different types: Brown

6 boiled eggs
3 pieces of bacon
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 granny smith apple
1 green onion
ground cinnamon to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
APPLEWOOD SMOKED SEA SALT (or just regular salt) and pepper to taste
