Breakfast Nachos with lots of Bacon!

No one want’s a boring old bowl of cereal. Pancakes and waffles done and over and over again. Who has time for a quiche, and really is your 5 year old going to eat quiche? How about layers of tortilla chips, scrambled eggs, cheese and wait for it……. BACON!

tortilla Chips
1 egg for every person eating
4-5 slices of bacon
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
salsa, green onions and sour cream if desired for toppings
cook and crumble the bacon slices scramble the eggs preheat oven to 350 on a baking sheet layer the chips, eggs, cheese, then bacon bake for 10-15 min until cheese is all melty and nachos are heated through
