Do you ever feel hungry at weird times of the day? I have those moments. I don’t need to eat much but I gotta get something down my throat as soon as possible otherwise I turn into “an unbearable to be around monster”! Sometimes I find it hard though as I feel like I am eating the same things over and over again. It’s all right when you are busy and trying to fix something fast for yourself. A Bunch of Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
½ Lemon
4-5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Medium Tomatoes
