2 ounces dried yeast
1 cups milk, warmed

For the crosses
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3-4 tablespoons cold water
For the bun glaze
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
