Savory buttermilk muffins with tender broccoli, melty cheese and a hint of cayenne in every bite.

2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup of butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cup buttermilk, room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheddar cheese , grated
1 cup of butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
