Delicious spin on traditional pesto, perfect for using on sandwiches and as a pasta sauce.  Better than any store bought pesto.

20 large basil leaves
¼ cup pine nuts
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
