Broiled Fish with Celery Garlic Sauce

I have never had any luck with fish. I can fry it, but occasionally I crave broiled or baked fish. This sauce was quite flavorful, I figured I can’t go wrong with celery, onion and garlic.

4 filets white fish fresh
1 cup butter
1/3 cup celery chopped fine
2 tablespoons onion chopped fine
2 tablespoons garlic crushed
3 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat broiler.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Saute celery, onion and garlic until tender and onion is transparent.
