Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbsp tartar sauce
2-3 green onions, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4-5 Ritz crackers
Salt and Pepper to taste

Spray broiler pan with cooking spray and place fish on pan
