While I love sweet potatoes all year round, they are absolutely perfect for fall. Use a little brown sugar and cinnamon to give them extra flavor.

2 Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup milk (I use skim)
1 tbsp cinnamon (add more to taste)
2 tbsp brown sugar (add more to taste)
