Anytime we grill chicken we always make extra for the next night. These paninis are one of our absolute favorite ways to use up leftover grilled chicken. They are a bit time consuming for a sandwich but oh my goodness are they worth it. The brown sugar bacon is what MAKES this sandwich. Enjoy!!!

Brown Sugar Bacon:

Ingredients
10 slices regular bacon (not thick cut)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
