Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sweet Rolls

These Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sweet Rolls are loaded with cinnamon butter and covered in a brown sugar glaze. However, they’re not that sweet!

Dough
¾ cup milk, warmed (to instant yeast package directions)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg, room temperature
½ teaspoon salt
4½ cups all purpose flour
Filling
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
pinch of salt
½ cup walnuts, finely chopped, plus more for sprinkling on top
Brown Sugar Glaze
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
½ cup heavy cream, plus more if needed
1 tablespoon butter
Dash of vanilla
