Brown Sugar Peach Muffins

A peach muffin rich in spicy flavor and brown sugar topping

2 C. Master Muffin Mix
1/4 C. plus 2 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 Tsp ground allspice
2 C. plain Greek yogurt
1 egg
1/4 C. Coconut Oil- melted
1 C. chopped peaches (fresh, frozen or canned)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and prepare muffin cups as desired Pre-heat oven to 375* and prepare muffin tins/cups as desired In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients, adding only the ¼ C. of the brown sugar and the ¼ Tsp. allspice. Mix the yogurt, egg, oil and fruit together Combine the yogurt mixture with the dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MIXED. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Mix together 2 tbsp. brown sugar and "pinch" of allspice, With fingers, sprinkle the tops of the muffins with the brown sugar-spice mixture. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes for regular size muffins, or 30 minutes for large muffins Allow to cool briefly before removing from muffin cups
