A traditional dish that's simple to prepare and has AMAZING flavors!

1/4 lb thick sliced pancetta (thin sliced is fine if that’s all you can find)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 lb bucatini (or spaghetti), cooked according to package instructions.
