Buckeye Bark

This Buckeye Bark is an easier version of buckeye balls. This is essentially a sheet of chocolate, covered in peanut butter, and topped with another layer of chocolate.

2.5 pounds milk chocolate candy coating
1 pound creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter substitute, melted
1 tsp vanilla
