Buffalo Bleu Cheese Chicken Bites

January 2015 Athens Foods Make It Fancy and Fun Recipe Contest Winner I created these for the residents at Atria Crossroads Place for one of their Happy Hour...

15 Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
1 cup cooked fine diced chicken
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup fine diced celery
15 red grape halves (optional)
Parsley(optional)

Mix all ingredients except Athens Mini Phyllo Shells. Spoon mixture into Athens Mini Phyllo Shells. Top with half of grape and parsley leaf if desired.
