15 Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
1 cup cooked fine diced chicken
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup fine diced celery
15 red grape halves (optional)
Parsley(optional)
Mix all ingredients except Athens Mini Phyllo Shells. Spoon mixture into Athens Mini Phyllo Shells. Top with half of grape and parsley leaf if desired.

1 cup Pomegranate ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized pomegranate )
1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger
1

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
3. Blend for 30 seconds
