Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread

This bubble and crispy flatbread is so yummy on its own, then when you top it with the tangy and spicy buffalo sauce and cheese… well, it’s divine!

For flatbread:
1 cup warm water (105 to115° F)
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
For the toppings:
1 large chicken breast half
Olive oil for drizzling
Salt and pepper
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
½ cup freshly shredded jack cheese
2 scallions thinly sliced
For the buffalo sauce:
1 1/2 cups Frank’s Hot Sauce (or Louisiana Hot Sauce)
