These buffalo chicken patties - with blue cheese slaw - are my lazy version of the infamous pub-style wings/tenders. No deep fryer needed! No dipping, dredging, and breading necessary! Same great flavors!

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, 1/3 for a zippier taste
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 TBS powdered ranch dressing mix
12 bag coleslaw, bagged broccoli and carrot mix
8 TBS prepared blue cheese dressing
Franks Red Hot Sauce
additional blue cheese crumbles for serving, optional
additional blue cheese dressing for serving, optional
