These Buffalo Tuna Patties make a quick and healthy lunch or could be served on a bun as an alternative to burgers.

2 tbsp oil
2 (5 oz) cans of chunk tuna in water
4 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
4 tbsp mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
4 slices of cheddar cheese
