Bulgarian Moussaka

1 kg minced meat
1/2 kg potatoes
1 head onion
2 tomatoes
5 sprigs of parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp savory
1 tsp Mint
Salt
1 tsp oil

For the topping:
2 eggs
200 g yoghurt
1/2 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1. Wash potatoes, Peel and cut into small cubes. 2. The onion cut into tiny cubes and suffocating in the oil until soft. 3. Add the minced meat and FRY until golden. 4. Finally, add the grated tomatoes , finely chopped fresh parsley and spices and let simmer a few more minutes. 5. Add the mixture to the potatoes and pour into a baking dish. 6. Bay with water almost to the level of the potatoes and bake in the oven until while. 7. Finally, bay with beaten eggs, yogurt, baking soda and salt and bake for another 10-15 minutes until topping is golden. Enjoy it!
