Burrito Casserole

Quick, easy and delicious burrito casserole. This recipe is mild enough for the kids, but easy to spice it up for those who like more kick. You can make it up in the morning and stick it into the fridge until ready to bake. It also freezes well, so you can make a double batch, and have one for another night

1 lb. hamburger or turkey burger (If you like fatter burritos you can use 2lbs. burger)

1 small onion, chopped (or even faster I use ΒΌ cup dehydrated onions)

1 can refried beans

1 can cream of celery soup OR cream of chicken

1 soup can of water

1-4oz can mild green chilies

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more if you love cheese like we do)

1 package 10 count flour tortillas

Sour cream and salsa for topping if desired
