1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 whole lime, juiced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup butter
1 can (14.5 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 cloves garlic, minced
