1 scoop chocolate protein powder
8 oz. almond milk (For more milk alternatives, read this blog post.)
2 Tbsp. sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
1 Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
5 ice cubes
Blend all of it in a blender, Enjoy!
