Butter Pecan Crunch Ice Cream

Crunchy pecans and smooth vanilla-flavored ice cream are the two main flavors in this evilly-good ice cream.

• 4 cups heavy cream
• 4 cups milk
• 3/4 cup honey
• 8 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Candied Pecans
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
