These buttermilk brownies are so moist and layered with a thin chocolate buttermilk frosting. Served hot with some ice cream on top, and you have a piece of heaven.

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup water
? cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
½ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
FROSTING:
