Butternut Squash, Coconut, Mango, Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie

A healthy breakfast smoothie that starts your day with two veges and fresh fruit. #dairy free #gluten free

2 cups So Delicious Coconut milk, 1 cup butternut squash ( roasted) , 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 4 cubes frozen spinach, 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks * optional - 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
Place ingredients in a Vitamix Blender ( or similar blender) in the order listed. Start on variale 1 on low and increase to variable 10 and then on high until smooth. Add water for desired consistency.
