2 packages cream cheese ( softened 8 oz. each )
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons flour
6 ounces baking chocolate ( melted )
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Cake
1 chocolate cake mix ( 15.25 oz. )
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate milk
For the Peppermint Marshmallow Frosting
1/2 cup butter ( room temperature )
1/2 cup marshmallow cream ( fluff )
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 cups powdered sugar
5 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
