For the Cake
1 Box White cake mix
1 Box White chocolate pudding mix
1 C Milk
1/2 C Vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
3 Large eggs
Red food coloring
For the topping
1 Can Sweetened condensed milk
1 Tub Cool Whip
24 Candy cane Oreos (1 pkg)
Andes Peppermint chips (optional)
Hot fudge sauce for drizzling (optional)
