Capirotada (Mexican Bread Pudding)

This Bread pudding taste soooo Gooood, you can use the Bread Pudding for just about any holiday but I only make it for Easter one of my family traditions, on the other hand it’s great any day.

1 loaf of bread you can layer it or cut into pieces by hand large sizes
32 oz. Shredded yellow cheese
1 ½ cup Raisins
1 cup Peanuts
1 piloncillo (Brown sugar cane)
2 small pack of cinnamon sticks or 1 medium size pack
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Preheat oven 325* In a large bowl mix eggs, cheese, peanuts, and cinnamon. Mix well, then add bread and mix well. Boil about 6 cups of water, then add the raisins, cinnamon sticks, and the piloncillo....
