Capirotada (Mexican Bread Pudding)

This Bread pudding taste soooo Gooood, you can use the Bread Pudding for just about any holiday but I only make it for Easter one of my family traditions, on the other hand it’s great any day.

1 loaf of bread you can layer it or cut into pieces by hand large sizes
32 oz. Shredded yellow cheese
1 ½ cup Raisins
1 cup Peanuts
1 piloncillo (Brown sugar cane)
2 small pack of cinnamon sticks or 1 medium size pack
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Preheat oven 325* In a large bowl mix eggs, cheese, peanuts, and cinnamon. Mix well, then add bread and mix well. Boil about 6 cups of water, then add the raisins, cinnamon sticks, and the piloncillo....

Deviled food is just red food that you don’t expect to be red. Normally, that red comes from paprika. This recipe has paprika, but also onion, pear, and pine nuts. The nuts and fruit add crunch, while the ham has to be spreadable. There’s a nice contrast of textures and flavors in this recipe. The afternoon must be celebrated with a delicious ham salad sandwich recipe. This southern-style homemade sandwich is a great addition to an awesome family meal. This homemade ham spread has delicate but balanced flavors from the different ingredients like onions, spices, mayonnaise, and horseradish spread. It only takes about 15 minutes to make this and create a wonderful and flavorful sandwich that everyone will love. It is also best to prepare the ham spread a night before and put it in the refrigerator to marry all the flavors.

1/3 cup diced onion
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
2/3 cup mayonnaise

A creamy easy to make homemade eggnog with nutmeg, cinnamon and a pinch of ground cloves. Just as creamy as the store bought brands without any preservatives or artificial ingredients.

2 cups milk (2% or whole)
