Grilled Steak is piled high on sandwich buns with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella.

4 large crusty rolls
1.5 - 2 pounds New York strip or sirloin steaks
Salt, pepper and steak seasoning, to taste
4 tablespoons basil pesto
1-2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
1.5 - 2 pounds New York strip or sirloin steaks
Salt, pepper and steak seasoning, to taste
4 tablespoons basil pesto
1-2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
Slice rolls lengthwise and set aside. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Season steaks with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
