Cardamom Chia Seed Pudding with Mango

The classic Indian flavor combination of cardamom and mango bring new life to this healthy dessert. If you love chia seed pudding, this is going to be your new favorite make ahead treat!

•2 Tbs chia seeds
•3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
•1/4 tsp ground cardamom
•1 - 1 1/2 tsp honey
•1/2 cup mango, fresh or thawed from frozen, chopped
1.Whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, cardamom and honey until honey is well combined. Put in any container that seals well and refrigerate overnight (the longer you can give it, the better)....
