Soft and chewy rice balls drizzled with sweet coconut glaze.

2 cups white glutinous rice flour or Mochiko
10 TBSP water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup brown sugar
cooking oil
bamboo sticks (optional- you can just serve them on a plate too)
