When we started dreaming up a recipe for dinner with friends our minds went numerous places - creamy tomatillo chicken enchiladas, carne deshebrada quesadillas, carnitas nachos - then it hit us. Part of fun in having friends over for dinner is allowing people to build their own meals. We provide the fix ins, they provide the preferences. 1 beef shoulder
1 tsp pepper, garlic powder, cumin
1/2 tsp salt
3 jars of green chili sauce
Small tortillas (we used flour)
Shredded cheese (we used a Mexican bag combo of jack and cheddar)
Pico de gallo (Chop up some tomatoes, onion, cilantro and a jalapeño pepper. Mix with lime juice, salt and pepper)
Guacamole (puree some avocado slices until smooth. Mix with 2 tbsp of the pico de gallo)
Sour cream (optional)

3 jars of green chili sauce

Add the spices to a cup and mix together
